Russian authorities have issued an alert about a fire at Russia's NORSI oil refinery, the country's fourth-largest, following a presumed Russian drone attack. Russian air defense forces repelled a nighttime attack by 30 Ukrainian drones on an industrial area in the Kstovsky district, reported the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin. Debris from the downed drones damaged two facilities at the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez (NORSI) oil refinery and caused fires that were subsequently brought under control. The attack also damaged a thermal power plant and several residential buildings, Russian authorities added. Preliminary information indicates no casualties have been reported, according to Governor Nikitin.
